In general

Our general terms and conditions of sale apply to all our sales contracts without prior express written deviation.
By placing his order, the purchaser declares that he accepts the present conditions, to the exclusion of all conditions previously available on this website and any purchasing conditions of the purchaser.

price

All our stickers are shown including 21% VAT.
Our price is variable depending on the format, the level of difficulty of production and the quantity.
The “Total Payable” amount includes 21% VAT and packaging and shipping costs.
All orders are executed at the price in effect at the time of the order.

Processing the order

Once we have received your payment, your order will be made and shipped.
Do not forget to mention the order code when communicating. You will receive this by e-mail together with a confirmation of your order. This email also contains the details for the transfer.
If we have not received your payment within 14 days of your order, this order will expire.

Complaint

Immediately after receiving your order, check whether the product is undamaged and complete. Always contact us before you decide to return your order, so we can make an arrangement.

Responsibility of the Buyer

The (non-) professional buyer is fully responsible for the choice, use and application of the delivered products. In this respect, the seller can never be held responsible for the material or moral damage caused by the buyer.

Force of the majority

Orders are executed as quickly as possible, taking into account the seller's stocks and his processing and production capabilities. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the seller is unable to fulfill his obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, he can choose to suspend his obligations for as long as these circumstances continue or to terminate the contract by simple written notification to the buyer.

No compensation of any kind can be claimed from the seller for these cases of force majeure.

Strikes and bad weather conditions are always considered as cases of force majeure.
